The Grasshopper is a green coloured cocktail with a smooth creamy texture. It is a modern cocktail seen on many bar menus.
A variation of this cocktail omits the cream and layers the ingredients.
- Cocktail shaker
- Cocktail glass
Green creme de menthe
||White creme de cacao
- Red and green maraschino cherries (on a cocktail stick)
- Shake the ingredients in a shaker with ice
- Strain into the cocktail glass, garnish and serve
- If you are using the alternative recipe (without the cream), layer the the creme de menthe over the creme de cacao using a bar spoon.
