Liquorice Toddy
Description
A Liquorice Toddy is a hot 'winter warmer' drink with and alcoholic note and intense aniseed flavour.

Ingredients
| 115ml |
Liquorice tea |
| 15ml |
Sambuca (black) |
| 15ml |
Vanilla vodka |
Garnish
- Lemon peel
- Liquorice (on the side)
Creation
- Firstly prepare the liquorice tea
- While doing so, pour sambuca and vodka into the toddy glass
- Add the hot tea and stir
- Twist the lemon peel over the top and drop it into the drink
- Serve with a piece of liquorice on the side
